Reservations Portal hosts content, including prices, made available by or obtained from travel suppliers. Reservations Portal is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such content and does not guarantee the prices displayed on our Website. Additional fees and charges (including but not limited to resort fees, parking fees, services charges, local taxes and fees) may apply.
The price of the booking will be as displayed on our Website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices for bookings are dynamic and can change at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already accepted, except in cases of obvious error. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the displayed price is accurate. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Website at any time in our reasonable discretion. If there is an obvious error and you have made a booking, we may offer you the option to keep your booking by paying the correct price or to cancel your booking without penalty. We have no obligation to maintain your booking at an incorrect lower price even after you have been sent a booking confirmation, if the error should reasonably have been apparent to you.
The prices displayed through our Website may include taxes. Such taxes may include amounts associated with value-added tax, goods and services tax, sales tax, occupancy tax and other taxes of a similar nature. Any currency conversion rates displayed on our Website are based on public sources and current exchange rates, which may vary between the time a booking is made and the time of travel. Such rates are provided for information purposes only and, while we endeavor to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of such conversion rates. Payments will be processed in United States dollars (“USD”) unless otherwise indicated. Our third-party payment processors may apply conversion fees if you make payment in another currency.

Prices quoted are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, seasonal upgrade charges, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply and may vary by arrival date. The quoted price does not include taxes, resort fees, parking fees, and/or any other related service fees, unless otherwise noted at the time of booking. Sales, use and/or local hotel occupancy taxes may be imposed in certain jurisdictions and may vary depending on the rates in effect at the time the services are provided by the travel supplier.
In certain jurisdictions, we may be responsible for collecting and remitting sales, use and/or local hotel occupancy taxes for the entire price, including the amounts we charge for our services as well as the services provided by the travel supplier. In certain jurisdictions, you may be responsible for paying local taxes imposed by local tax authorities (such as city taxes or tourist taxes, etc.). Reservations Portal or the travel supplier may charge you such local taxes. We will notify you of any local taxes that will be payable by you before you complete your booking, to the extent that we have been notified of such taxes by the travel supplier. The amount of local taxes can change between the booking date and stay date. If taxes have changed by your stay date, you may be liable to pay taxes at the higher rate.
Any event pass code, voucher, or credit (collectively, a “Voucher”) included in a booking is provided solely as a promotional amenity incidental to the lodging package. By booking this rate, you acknowledge that the package price is primarily for the lodging service, and the Voucher is a value-added inclusion with no independent cash redeemable value. It is not a prepaid stored-value instrument, gift certificate, or cash equivalent.
To qualify as a stay-specific amenity, the Voucher is valid solely during the calendar dates of the confirmed reservation.
The Voucher is redeemable solely for ticket purchases at etickets.com and cannot be used for hotel room charges, taxes, resort fees, or on-property dining. The Voucher cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
The Voucher is issued as part of a promotional program pursuant to the exemptions outlined in the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (CARD Act) and Regulation E (12 CFR § 1005.20). As a promotional inclusion legally linked to a specific service period, it is exempt from the 5-year expiration requirement applicable to consumer gift cards. The Voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the primary guest or members of the reservation party. Resale or barter of the Voucher is strictly prohibited and will void the balance.
If a booking or account shows, in our reasonable opinion, signs of fraud, abuse, or other suspicious activity, we may request additional information from you. If we reasonably conclude that a booking or account is associated with fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may:
If we cancel your booking due to signs of fraud, abuse, or other suspicious activity, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may tell you why we’ve canceled your booking, unless telling you would (a) contravene applicable laws and/or (b) prevent or obstruct the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities.
You may select how to sort your search results and may utilize filter options to prioritize results based on your chosen preferences, such as brand. We may display or emphasize paid-for commercial listings from suppliers. Such listings will be labeled as an “Ad” or with similar labelling.
If you are redirected from our Website to a third-party booking service to make a booking, any bookings made through such a booking service will be with the third-party and not with Reservations Portal. We are not responsible for bookings made through third-party booking services and we have no liability to you in respect of such a booking. The terms and conditions of the third-party service provider will set out your rights and obligations regarding the booking.
Some features and tools on our Website, such as the voice and text chat features and booking and support agents provided through our Travari AI concierge, utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools. We may utilize technology and services provided by third-party service providers in providing these features and tools. We will process data you may input into the AI feature and any generated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we endeavor to provide accurate information, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. All information and content generated by such AI features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations of any kind as to the relevancy, accuracy, or completeness and are not responsible for damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on such content. We are not responsible for cancellations of your bookings if caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events shall not entitle you to a refund of prior payments, unless a refund is provided under the applicable policies for your booking. For the avoidance of doubt, Reservations Portal acts solely as an intermediary between you and the supplier and shall not be responsible or liable for the payment of any refund.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reservations Portal, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction). Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as set forth below, you and Reservations Portal agree that that any disputes between us arising out of or relating in any way to our Website, these Terms and Conditions, any services or products provided by us or any of our subsidiaries, travel suppliers, or companies offering products or services through us, any dealings with our support agents, or any representations made by us (“Claims”), will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court except those resolved in small claims court (as set forth below). This includes any Claims you assert against us, our subsidiaries, travel suppliers, or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). This arbitration agreement shall be binding upon, and shall include any claims brought by or against, any third parties, including but not limited to your spouses, heirs, third-party beneficiaries, and assigns, where their underlying claims are in relation to your use of our Website or services. To the extent that any third-party beneficiary to these Terms and Conditions brings claims against the entities covered by these Terms and Conditions; those claims shall also be subject to this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator shall also be responsible for determining all threshold arbitrability issues, including without limitation the existence, scope, or validity of the arbitration agreement, any defense to arbitration such as issues relating to whether this arbitration agreement can be enforced, is unconscionable or illusory, and any defenses to arbitration, including without limitation jurisdiction, waiver, delay, laches, or estoppel.
Arbitration Procedures. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. If AAA is unavailable, we will mutually select another nationally recognized administrator with consumer-friendly rules. The arbitrator may award any relief available in court, subject to these Terms. The arbitration location will be in the county of your residence, via video/teleconference, or based on written submissions, at your election.
Small Claims; Public Injunctive Relief. You may elect to pursue an individual claim in small claims court with jurisdiction, provided that such court does not have the authority to entertain any claims on a class or representative basis, or to consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated in such proceeding, so long as the matter remains in that court and advances only on an individual basis. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, claims for public injunctive relief in California may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent required by law, and the parties agree to stay any such claim pending arbitration of all arbitrable issues.
Class and Representative Action Waiver. YOU AND RESERVATIONS PORTAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless we both agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Severability. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, except that the class action waiver in this section may not be severed as to claims brought on a class or representative basis.
No waiver by Reservations Portal of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Reservations Portal to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Reservations Portal regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
